To open an account on c7c7, all of the following conditions must be met:

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for this bonus.

Wagering Requirement: To withdraw the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 (ten) times. For example, a ৳5,000 bonus requires a total of ৳50,000 in bets.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each player may claim each bonus offer only once.
  • The validity period for using bonus funds is stated in the offer-specific terms.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another account.
  • If a bonus is claimed using multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.
  • c7c7 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

Regular players receive weekly cashback benefits through four VIP tiers:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Players move up to higher tiers based on their consistency and activity. Cashback is paid on a set day each week.

Gaming Policy and Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play Policy

c7c7 ensures SSL encryption and fair play across all games. All games on our platform are powered by independently tested software, with outcomes determined by a fully random process.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

  • Abusing bonuses or applying fraudulent betting strategies.

  • Using another person's funds in your account or money laundering.
  • Using automated bots or software to influence the system.
  • Abusive behavior toward other players or staff.
  • Operating multiple accounts.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a round cannot be completed due to a technical error, c7c7 reserves the right to refund the bets placed in that round. Any winnings resulting from a technical error are not considered valid.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by c7c7

c7c7 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Provision of false or misleading information.
  • Evidence of account use by a minor.
  • Direction from a regulatory authority.

Following account closure, c7c7 will decide at its own discretion whether to return any remaining funds. No funds will be returned in cases of fraud.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available funds verified prior to closure can be withdrawn.

Limitation of Liability

c7c7 accepts no liability for the following:

  • Games lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
  • Losses caused by third-party access or hacking — where this results from the player's own negligence.
  • Indirect losses caused by delayed or cancelled transactions.
  • Errors or inconsistencies on the part of third-party game providers.

In any circumstance, c7c7's total liability will not exceed your actual net deposits over the preceding three months.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Changes to the Service

11.4 Language

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the Bengali version will prevail.
